Resolved Question: ok 15months till the wedding where the hell do i start?
so we just made a date, 1st June 2011 (i know its a wednesday but for our family/friends i don't see it being a problem) How do you make a budget, i would LOVE to do the whole thing for no more than £2500 ($3780) we will have about 30guests (maybe 25, don't want a big wedding) we are doing it in Spain where most of our family and friends live (some will just have to travel but flights are cheap like £90 return so shouldnt be a problem and we can accomadate them) should we rent a villa or do it in a hotel? do we book first then send invites? please help! thanks moreResolved Question: Can anyone recommend a travel agency in Spain with cheap flights to the U.S.?
I'm just trying to get the best deal on a flight from Spain to the U.S., and am told that local travel agents in Spain should have the cheapest flights. I am not yet in Spain, and I want to buy the ticket beforehand, but I'm having a hard time coming up with much in the way of Spanish travel agencies (that book flights!) online. So if you have a link or phone number to give me, I'd be grateful! moreResolved Question: Is there someway I can find an advance weather forecast for in a month's time in Europe? (rough)?
Hi I'm hoping to travel to Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria and Romania from the end of March til beginning of April but exact destinations will depend on weather and I'm trying to get a rough idea of what the weather will be like there then. For example, if the weather is cool/rainy there but hot and dry and Spain then I know you can get cheap flights from Bucharest... Problem is that no-one does advance forecasts that far off - certainly not accurately. However, I have seen a few sites such as netweather.tv which do a general forecast i.e. March will be cooler than usual, April will have around the same level of rain as usual etc - and this is using info from the NECP (but couldn't find anything useful at their site). This is all for the UK though... The reason I ask that is because I can find the AVERAGE temperatures for these places and I can also find the record highs - if I know for example that the north Turkish coastline near Istanbul has an average temp of 17 and a record of 26 and I hear that the weather is going to be warmer and drier than average then there's a good chance that I can go to the beach (20's warm enough!)... Any ideas anyone? Thanks!! RossThanks Judith, not quite what I was hoping for, but better than just averages, as you can see the weather year on year over a few days with the 'trip planner' tool which is very handy, gives you a good idea of what it'll be like. Eeek it looks like it'll be colder than I expected.... :-( moreVoting Question: Cheapest Flight to Spain?

I'm going away this summer with a few friends. We want to stick to a city in Europe. My friends were suggesting Italy, but it's really expensive. We want to keep things as inexpensive as possible (we're poor students!). I then suggested that Berlin might be an interesting place to go, as it seems to be the road less travelled by. Most people seem to love going to sunny, Mediterranean places like Spain, Portugal, Italy, etc. My friends seemed quite happy with this as flights to the city are quite cheap. Thank you in advance. moreVoting Question: What do you think of Stan Collymore suggestion?
it is a little long so don't replky with answers "sorry I am not reading that. The Premier League is considered by many to be the best league in the world but I think drastic reform is needed to keep it at the pinnacle. With the UK’s punitive taxes, we are already starting to see many of the English top-flight’s best talent draining away to the continent. Just this summer the likes of Ronaldo and Xabi Alonso quit for the La Liga in Spain, where they will earn considerably more money after tax. And I would actually like to see the Premier League comprised solely of the 20-25 clubs who have been the biggest and most successful sides in modern history. I think those teams should form the top-flight whether that be Leeds United in the third tier or Newcastle United in the second tier. And there would be no promotion or relegation which would allow those teams to grow. Then you would guarantee some of the world’s best derbies, like Sunderland v Newcastle, happening each season as well as other huge games like Leeds against Man United. It would make a pleasant change from watching some of the smaller clubs in the Premier League in recent times like Reading, Wigan and Bolton. Fans around the world want to see the huge games - not clashes involving clubs like Barnsley, Watford or Hull. So I think it really is time that those clubs who have contributed the most over the last 100 years be the flag-bearers for a new Premier League with no promotion or relegation. That would allow teams to attack without fear because no-one will be relegated. And it will crucially enable the Premier League to go on to the next level if we are to compete with La Liga and Serie A in Italy. The Football League would still function if you are a Wigan or a Notts County or a smaller club. These sides would do what they have done for most of their existence which is play in a league where you have a better chance of winning something. My main grievance is the reason why the likes of Wigan, Hull and Reading have got into the Premier League. For the most part it is due to wealthy benefactors who have bought into them because they are cheap investments. The likes of Reading and Hull are in a big catchment area with potential for the growth and benefactors know if they put in modest sums they could get them within touching distance of the Premier League and turn a huge profit in the value of the club. So this isn’t a romantic story about clubs developing from within with a view to trying to go and win an FA Cup or title. This is pure chance taking by people who have seen clubs as a method to get enhance their ego and earnings. There is little precedent in other sports for the system of meritocracy if you look at the NFL. They get billions in TV revenue and I think broadcasters would pay even more for the Premier League rights if they knew the biggest clubs and the marquee names would be involved. There would derbies galore and repeats of famous historical clashes galore. Most people with the of greatest respect do not tune in to watch Wigan against Hull - they tune in to watch Liverpool versus Chelsea. So I think we should forget the 39th game and just have the top 25 clubs in the country playing 50 games. curotsey of BBC sports OQ would this be good for the prem. moreResolved Question: What is the cheapest way to get to peru from either spain or the UK?

i need this translated into spanish please... "i went on holiday to northeast spain last summer to have fun with my family. While i was there i sunbathed and swam in the swimming pool. i thought it was fantastic while we were over there i had so much fun that i lost track of time. While i was there, we went to some shops, my little sister learn't how to go horse riding and my other sister went to dance classes. I took photos of them to take back and treasure of our first holiday. I visited many places of interests like monument shops and clothes shops. While we were away i sent lots of text messages to my friends telling them about what it was like each day over there. They asked how it was and each time they asked i replied saying it was wonderful. The weather was good over there at times, any other time it was hot and i also met many people. While we were away, we stayed in a five star hotel that had waiters that were English. It was located next to a beach just off the coast, it was very welcoming and helpful with the luggage. The furniture was very comfortable and apparently the hotel was new, that was why it was a five star hotel. It wasn't expensive at all nor was it cheap, the hotel had a lovely bar, restaurant, café and an indoor heated pool. The best thing about the holiday was that i got to sunbathe and go shopping in the centre of the city. I spent 2 weeks in Spain and we got there by plane, the flight lasted four hours. Luckily when we got to the hotel it was very modern, and the waiters wore uniform. Some clients were English, and the waiters were also English. While i was there i met a lot of young people, they were very nice and i improved on my spanish while i was there to. It was sunny for the 2 weeks, you could do all sorts over there. My parents reserved a double room with a double bed, and a single room with a single bed for me. My two little sisters had one of the rooms in the double bedroom and they shared a double bed and my parents had the other room. We stayed for thirteen nights and fourteen days, the hotel room had a bath and a balcony, so i was very pleased about that. The total cost including room service, lunch, breakfast and tea was three thousand euros for the whole two weeks. We got internet access, and the reception closed at 10pm and opened at 6am. There is no animals allowed in the hotel incase customers had allergies to them. I am hoping to go back next year as at the moment i am already bored (and losing my loovely brown tan). moreResolved Question: Here is a good tough question for me traveling alone.?

I know it depends on many factors but I'd love to have an estimate. I'll be travelling for about a year visiting 25 countries. Iraq - 4 weeks Iran - 2 weeks Saudi Arabia - 3 weeks Syria - 2 weeks Turkey - 2 weeks Palestine - 2 weeks Pakistan - 4 weeks Dubai - 2 weeks Thailand - 2 weeks Japan - 2 weeks China - 2 weeks Indonesia - 2 weeks Malaysia - 2 weeks Egypt - 2 weeks South Africa - 4 weeks France - 2 weeks Italy - 2 weeks Spain - 2 weeks Switzerland - 2 weeks Australia - 2 weeks New Zealand - 2 weeks USA - 4 weeks Jamaica - 2 weeks Venezuela - 2 weeks Brazil - 2 weeks I think I'll need about £35K for everything although I'd love to cut down.
