"Please fasten your seat belts ladies and gentlemen",the attendants loud squeky voice filterd through th intercome and many passangers began taking their seats. In the backseat of the last row sat a girl, her face growing pale as the plane took off.Mmm she reapeated over and over to herself as her stomach dropped to her knees. At that moment the plane shook a little and caught her off gaurd , the girls head moved as if it were a bobble head, and crashed into the planes window .Then out of her lap fell a pouch filled with things like bandaids,germ-x,her tooth brush and paste ,a little air freshner, and a plane ticket that read : MAGGIE HOWARS age 15 flight from california to maine."oh no' maggie said, as she picked up her belongings one by one .The plane drifted into the night and soon Maggie was fast asleep. All of a sudden Maggie was awoken by screams of terror and in a moment of panic and confusion she got up and tried to see over the people infront of her. When she realized what was happening she felt her blood rush down to her feet, the plane was being hijacked Maggie shook with fear as one of the hijackers signaled her foward with his gun in hand.It took her many desprate attempts to get her legs to follow her commands.Maggie made her way ,slowly, to the front aware of the many frantic passangers. When she got closer she saw 3 other passangers, in less than an instant she knew she was gonna be taken hostage to make sure no one tried to escape or do anything to ruin their operation.now she had less possibilities of surviving..... the idea is the hostages (including her) were going to be stranded on a part of brazil or panama (havent desided) . They indure lots of hardships of nature and are hunted like animals by thie kidnappers before they know to much. TELL ME WAT U THINK!!! PLEASE BE NICE! SORI FOR MY SPELLING! moreResolved Question: Why do Americans complain about healthcare costs when costs are far cheaper overseas?
I recently went to the Philippines, to a private hospital, and had surgery to correct a deviated septum. The surgery went very well. The American doctors I talked to wanted an insane $12,000 for the procedure. My insurance only would have covered 80%, which would mean a $2,400 bill dumped on me. Instead, I booked a $950 flight to Manila and had the procedure done for $1000 flat at the hospital. That included my room and board. When you add in my other expenses, I basically got surgery + a fun tropical beach vacation for the price the American hospital would have gouged me just for the surgery - and I'm insured! American doctors are some of the biggest ripoff artists out there. All they care about are their Jaguar payments and country club membership fees. Instead of whining about healthcare prices in America, just go overseas. If you don't want to fly across the Pacific, there are also places in Costa Rica, Panama, and Mexico with good reputations. Seriously; why don't more Americans do this? Why do they just choose to whine? moreResolved Question: PLEASE A SHIP FLIGHT TICKET FROM HOUSTON TX-PANAMA CITY FL?

It is unbelievable that the cowardly high command of the Air Force let this Airman stay in his job and in his rank after he was AWOL and committed Adultery??? December 23, 1970, St. Louis, Missouri) was the first female B-52 pilot in the United States Air Force. Flinn was discharged from the U.S. Air Force in 1997 after being charged with making a false statement, adultery, and disobeying orders.[1] Flinn's trouble with the Air Force received widespread media attention at the time and was discussed in a U.S. Senate hearing on May 22, 1997.[1] Contents [hide] 1 Early life 2 Academy 3 Pilot training 4 Post-training 5 Missions 6 Charged 7 References [edit] Early life As a youth she moved to Marietta, Georgia where she attended Lassiter High School and was named "Miss LHS" in 1989 upon graduation. She decided to become a pilot after attending Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama. [edit] Academy On June 29, 1989 Flinn was accepted by both the United States Air Force Academy and the Naval Academy, with nominations from Senator Sam Nunn and Congressman George "Buddy" Darden, choosing to enter the Air Force as a member of the Class of 1993. Considered by her Air Officer Commanding ("AOC") to be one of the top cadets at the academy, Flinn was active in many cadet programs, and was selected for an overseas Operation Air Force program, spending the summer of 1991 at Kunsan Air Base in Korea. She was further selected during her senior year to participate in an international exchange program with L'École de l'Air (the French Air Force Academy). Eight cadets are selected every year for this program, becoming provisional ambassadors to France, attending L'École de l'Air and participating in its programs. Flinn flew the Cap-10 and received French jump wings. [edit] Pilot training Flinn entered Undergraduate Pilot Training on January 24, 1994 at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi, and later attended water survival training and the Combined Services Support Program at Tyndall Air Force Base near Panama City, Florida. In early 1995, Flinn worked in the Wing Scheduling Office back at Columbus AFB, organizing air show information, as well as coordinating Emergency Procedures Training for NASA. In April 1995, Flinn began B-52 training at Barksdale Air Force Base, in Louisiana, received the highest possible scores on all evaluations (including flight evaluations), and was titled as a distinguished graduate of her class. [edit] Post-training Later that October, Flinn was a delegate to the 1995 Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Service conference at Luke Air Force Base. She spoke to several national military leaders, including the Air Force Chief of Staff and the Secretary of the Air Force about Air Force policies concerning women in combat. [edit] Missions Arriving at Minot AFB, North Dakota, in October 1995, Flinn was mission-qualified for the B-52H Stratofortress by December, as a co-pilot, participating in various B-52 operations for both conventional and nuclear weapons. 1st Lt Flinn participated in various missions, including Hornet's Nest, Global Guardian, Bulwark Bronze, Statex, Green Flag, NORI, and CORI. Considerations: America has continually increased it's military budget yoy no matter the state of the economy. Today, America's military budget and physical military is larger than the rest of the world's combined. America has been constantly invading other nations since WWII in an effort to spread it's values, industry and it's military into every corner of the world. America now has military bases in Saudi, Canada, Japan, Panama, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, and over 100 other countries. America has become complacent recently about it's wars and no longer does the public protest them nor do they protest the torture prisons. They do not count civilian deaths related to their wars that now reach into the millions and instead have adopted a mindset of "We're right and that justifies everything". George Bush Sr. was quoted as saying "I will never apologise for America. I don't care what the facts are." just after America had shot down an Iranian commercial flight in Iranian air space. Today the people complain that Obama, a man who has upped the military budget in the face of financial Armageddon, who has opened even more military bases, who has shipped a record number of troops to Afghanistan, who has attempted to provoke Iran ever further into war, is considered too soft. Is considered a wussy for greeting the Emperor of Japan with respect. What made America become this way? Is it that power corrupts? Is it the government? Is it the people? Please explain.I do not assign blame to either party. I see no difference between the parties in America. I only see the actions of America as a country. moreResolved Question: What costs do I have to consider for Spring Break in Panama City FL?

Do you think there will be justice for the thousands tortured, maimed, and murdered through the efforts of American terrorists? The war on terrorism is still ongoing, right? So why are we not pursuing terrorists? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luis_Posada_Carriles Posada has been convicted in absentia of involvement in various terrorist attacks and plots in the Western hemisphere, including involvement in the 1976 bombing of a Cuban airliner that killed seventy-three people[3][4] and has admitted to his involvement in other terrorist plots including a string of bombings in 1997 targeting fashionable Cuban hotels and nightspots.[5][6][7] In addition, he was jailed under accusations related to an assassination attempt on Fidel Castro in Panama in 2000, although he was later pardoned by Panamanian President Mireya Moscoso in the final days of her term.[8][9] In 2005, Posada was held by U.S. authorities in Texas on the charge of illegal presence on national territory before the charges were dismissed on May 8, 2007. His release on bail on April 19, 2007 had elicited angry reactions from the Cuban and Venezuelan governments.[10] The U.S. Justice Department had urged the court to keep him in jail because he was "an admitted mastermind of terrorist plots and attacks", a flight risk and a danger to the community.[7] I understood why this guy was protected by the Republicans. That's just their nature. But now that they are out of power, why have we not picked this guy up for extradition or at least arranged for prosecution at the Haig? I understand that for a conservative, terrorism is not terrorism if it's for their own cause. I understand that one could slaughter a million babies and cons would probably approve as long as they think you were supporting them in the slaughter. But liberals are much more enlightened than that. Liberals know better. So why have they not sought justice for this guy? This is not justice - it's a bad joke. http://www.granma.cu/ingles/2009/april/mier8/Posada-Carriles.htmlThe prefix "sub" means "a smaller part of a larger whole". Therefore, claiming to be an American is to claim to be sub human. I am human first, regardless of what smaller part of the human race I belong. I am a human being who happens to be an American citizen. But I refuse to be sub human. I support the human race first and foremost over any other sub divisions. If you wish to proclaim yourself subhuman, go ahead. I would not wish to disuade you. But I am far more noble than that. I am a human being. And I shall always uphold the cause and nobility of the human race over the interests of any subhuman.Terrorism is terrorism regardless of who the terrorist worked for. Therefore, I seek justice for all those who would commit acts of terrorism. That includes Bin Laden and Al Qaida. But unlike some people, I also include Posada. So what is so wrong with moral and ethical integrity?Republicans had 6 years of unfettered access to Posada and could have meted out justice at any time. They deliberately chose to harbor and to protect him while proclaiming a "global war on terrorism". Does this not imply a lack of moral and ethical integrity? moreResolved Question: Does a Military US citizen need a passport to fly from Panama to US?

Hi Everyone, I am considering going to Ecuador in December and the flight from Chicago to Quito includes a six hour stop in Panama, would this be enough time to peek outside the airport and see some of the country? If so what might you suggest? I am an American passport holder so I assume that all I would have to do is get the tourist card from customs at the airport, please correct me if I am wrong. Thank you, Samantha moreResolved Question: Maimi in less than 5 hours!!!?
On my flight from Germany to Panama city i´ll stop in Miami Intl. for 5 hours, is this enough time to do something outside of the airport? any Ideas? moreResolved Question: What determines if an airport is considered Regional or International?
I am a Flight Attendant for Delta Airlines and recently worked on a GPT (Gulf-port/Biloxi MS) to ATL (Atlanta GA) flight and noticed that they were calling GPT an international airport when in fact it doesn't have any scheduled airline service to an international city outside of the US. They also consider PFN (Panama City FL) an international airport. Pensacola has a way bigger airport big enough to use 757's and we call it a regional airport. Whats up with that? moreResolved Question: Cheapest Flight from Panama City, Ft. Walton, FL area to George Bush Intercontinential Houston,TX leaving soon?

Ok...I work for a flight school as the receptionist. I am around men all day long as aviation is typicly a male dominated carrier. anyways, I met this guy from Egypt and he was crazy about me and I could tell. One day he asked me to eat after work and I agreed. I had alot of fun with him. But then he started giving me gifts on a dialy basis and he told me he loved me after a week of us courting. I told him thats not acceptable in america to tell a girl you love her after only knowing her a short time. But he swore to me he did. He is really sensitive and romantic...but a couple things held me back. One...he is married to a woman in his country...second he is not as manly as i like. I know i was wrong for talking to a married man, but I never told him i would be his girl friend dispite his many attempts. long story short, I became attached to his presence and I liked his company. behind my back he told all of his friends he was divorcing his wife to be with me and he told me...I was shocked. I got scared of this and began talking to another student pilot from panama. I started dating the panamanian. They found out I was spending time with both of them and told eachother they were never speaking to me again. the panamainian doesnt talk to me much in the school anymore but the egyptian got his commercial licence and is now hired by Egypt Air. He wants me to move to egypt and be with him. I do love him but I feel he will do to me what I did to him. I dont want to be in another country I am not used to...Only knowing him. I do love him. but I am not in love...I could be though...what should i do?No was married to a woman in Egypt. but anyways moreResolved Question: Why do ignorant people only think that USA plays baseball and basketball?
Cuba loves the sport of baseball okay it's a national sport there and Fidel Castro was the most upset about the sport being removed from the Olympics as they won all the gold medals except 2. 2000 USA and 2008 South Korea. Are you unaware baseball is huge in Japan , Taiwan ans South Korea. Countries such as Panama , Dominican Republic, Venezuela,Cuba and Nicaragua care more about the sport then Football. Puerto Rico has a love for the sport as well (While they are a Commonwealth of USA they have their own national teams just like Scotland and Wales). In addition many a player comes from Mexico and Canada (which in case of the latter I dare say produces better baseball then football players) I actually do not wont baseball in the Olympics as I prefer the World Baseball Classic (International Baseball championships). To set the record straight Japan won the 1st ever world championships. In fact Netherlands sent a team with majority of players coming from Aruba, Curacao and the rest of Antilles though a few of the players actually do come from Netherlands. http://www.radionetherlands.nl/news/zijlijn/6215375/Dutch-thrashed-by-Venezuela-in-Baseball-Classic Lastly I can't even begin to say how foolish you all are for thinking only Basketball is played in the USA. From both North-South America , Africa, Europe and Australia the game is played by both men and women. Serbia, Croatia, Lithuania, Argentina, Spain and Russia are some of the countries that have strong international programs. In China basketball is one of the most popular sports (table tennis and badminton being other 2). Top flight players don't come from just USA they come from every continent. I can provide examples if you want. 2002 Serbia/Montenegro won FIBA World Championships, 2004 Argentina beat Italy for gold (USA had to settle for bronze) 2006 Spain won FIBA World Champion Ships 2008 USA won gold medal Netball came from basketball as an American teacher miss read the basketball rules. Only international tournament sport is played in is the Commonwealth Games. http://www.netball.org/netball.aspx?id=18 moreTop Flights Panama Links
